Discounts in local transport

In local transport, Railway Transport of Montenegro offers a variety of discounts to its service users, including:

• Children under the age of 6 travel for free if they are accompanied by a person with a ticket.
• Children from 6 to 14 years old travel with a 50% discount on the regular ticket price.
• Students and pupils with ID K-15, journalists with ID K-5, users of ID cards EURO<26, ISIC, ITIC, IYTC, ETC, European Youth Card, etc., have the privilege of 50% of the regular fare
• Younger than 26 years old, pensioners, persons older than 60 years old with K-5 identification and groups of 6 or more passengers have the privilege of 30% of the regular fare.
• Persons older than 75 years with a K-5 identification card (issued before 01.06.2025 until the expiration date of the same) are transported free of charge, and with an identification card issued after 01.06.2025. they have a 75% discount.
• Monthly subscription tickets that can be used by all users of our service at a lower price of up to 75% of the regular fare. The ticket allows an unlimited number of outbound and return trips on the route for which it was issued, as well as all distances within the route. The ticket is issued on the basis of a K-5 ID card.
• An annual subscription ticket at a price of 385 euros allows an unlimited number of trips on all routes in the area of the Railway Transport of Montenegro. The ticket is issued on the basis of identification K-12.
• Small dogs travel with a 50% discount on the regular ticket price.
• Annual subscription train tickets at a price of €385 (K-12) are valid for all routes and are valid for 2nd class in all trains on the entire CG railway line and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Pensioners and persons over 65 years of age are granted a 90% discount on the price of an annual subscription ticket
• A half-yearly subscription train ticket at a price of €275 (K-11) is valid for all routes for 2nd class on all trains on the entire CG railway line and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Monthly subscription train ticket at a price of €110 (K-10) is valid for all routes for 2nd class on all trains on the entire CG railway line and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• People suffering from cancer, dystrophy and related muscular, neuromuscular diseases and multiple sclerosis and people on dialysis are transported free of charge, and their companions have a 50% discount on the regular fare based on the K-5 identification card issued by the ŽPCG (valid for 2 years from the date of issue) based on documents from the competent authority.
• The P-6 student annual subscription card entitles all pupils and students in Montenegro to an unlimited number of trips, from their place of residence to their place of education and back, in the 2nd class of a passenger/fast train on the ŽICG railways. The applicant for the P-6 card pays the amount defined in Part III of the PT to the ŽPCG account.

The price of all ID cards for preferential driving is 5 euros

People suffering from cancer, dystrophy and related muscular, neuromuscular diseases, multiple sclerosis, and people on dialysis are transported free of charge. The following documentation is required:

-Specialist doctor's report

-Photocopy of ID card

-Photography

Their companions have a 50% discount. Required documentation:

-Written Statement from the persons listed in the previous paragraph about the name and surname of their companion

-Photocopy of ID card
